a local plumber was brought in to repair the leak. Upon completion of the plumbing repair, New England Restoration returned to restore the damaged areas.

Upon inspection, it was the roof that failed and needed to be replaced. First removed all damaged materials and dried the remaining material in the affected zones. Then we replaced the roof before restoring the interior.
