Comment: Don't even hesitate. New England Restoration was there when I needed them in a big way, when my basement flooded due to a failed sump pump the night that the remnants of hurricane Ida dumped record-breaking rain on us. Chad and his team were lightning fast to respond and offered up great advice on what to do until they were able to get there. Chad, Paul and his team are very professional and seem like great people as well. This is a local business I'll support anytime. I hope I don't need any more remediation services, but if (when) I do, I know I'm calling NER.

(I chose to write this review because there's regularly too much negativity with business reviews, and considering how far above and beyond NER helped out with my water damage remediation, I felt compelled to give them well-earned praise.)
