The owner came to our home to check out our attic mold after I filled out a form on their website. He seemed great and knew what he was talking about. Told us that he would provide me with a breakout of what needed to be done to fix the mold issue and costs associated. It has been a week and he hasn't responded to any of my emails. Maybe they are just too busy with other clients, I'm not sure.
