We immediately assisted with assessment and filing the appropriate claim to provide for the damages at hand. After the claim is secured, the affected areas were exposed and dried out. Saturated materials were disposed of and a plan for the rebuilding phase is in motion.

New England restoration was able to pump out the water and dry out the basement. Porous materials were removed in addition to setting up the drying equipment. Disinfectant was sprayed throughout the affected areas. Dehumidifiers and fans were used.

We responded within the hour of the call. We demoed the walls, floors and ceilings and dried with dryer fans... We then performed drywall, painting and got the space back to pre-loss condition. The customer was super happy.

Upon inspection, it was the roof that failed and needed to be replaced. First removed all damaged materials and dried the remaining material in the affected zones. Then we replaced the roof before restoring the interior.
